Broadway star Judy Kuhn performs songs from her album Serious Playground: The Songs of Laura Nyro at Iridium Jazz Club.

The New York Philharmonic presents “Day of Berio” at the Rose Theater with conductor Lorin Maazel.

Saturday, February 2 (9 am -5 pm)
Grab some new things to read at the Huge Free Bookfair at the New York Hilton & Towers featuring 450 indie publishers along with guest authors and poets.

Through February 10
The Classical Theater of Harlem presents an updated production of The Trojan Women by Euripides. The production is staged at The Gatehouse and poses the question of “Are we somehow complicit in disintegration and violence…even when it isn’t happening to us?”
