I have a VOUCHER. Where do I PICK UP the Explorer Pass and Guidebook?
You can save on shipping by picking up your cards in the city (for free). When
placing your order, just remember to print out your voucher and bring
it with you to our local redemption center. If you have already purchased
your cards and you chose the option "pick up cards for free in Las Vegas ",
you can redeem your voucher at the following locations.

How do I reserve tickets for the shows I wish to see?
Show tickets are on a first come, first served basis. Therefore, we suggest
that you visit the box office of your preferred show as soon as possible after arriving
in Las Vegas. The Box Office staff will swipe your Explorer Pass and issue you tickets
for your preferred seating time/date. Please note that this will activate your card
if it has not already been activated and count as one of your choices.
 How do the Shows at V Theater with Dinner work?
The following shows include dinner: V – Ultimate Variety and Gregory
Popovich Pet Theater. Upon arriving in Las Vegas, visit the box office for
V Theater located at the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino.
Your Explorer Pass will be swiped and you will receive your tickets and and a meal
coupon for lunch or dinner at participating restaurants. Currently there are 5 restaurants
in the Miracle Mile Shops that participate in this program. Menus and complete
descriptions are available at the V Theater. You may choose to use your meal coupon
at any time, before or after your show.
Where do I pick up my Vegas Passport Nightclub Sampler and how does
this work?
You should present your Explorer Pass at the Travelocity Booth located at McCarran
International Airport in the baggage claim area. Your card will be processed at that
time and you will receive a package with VIP admission passes to the included
nightclubs. Each pass is good for a one time use. You may also choose to upgrade
to the Ultimate Club Hopping Package for an additional $60.00. Please note this
offer will activate your card and will count as one of your attraction choices. The
Ultimate Clup Hopping Package includes VIP admission to 20 Vegas Nightclubs
with top clubs included.
How do I reserve a space on the Hoover Dam and/or Grand Canyon Tour
and how does the upgrade fee work on the Grand Canyon tour?
These tours are operated by SWEETours. Space on the included tours is on a first
come, first served basis. You can make a reservation for these tours by calling the
reservations number given on pages 26 and 27. You must leave a credit card number
to reserve your space; however, your card will not be charged unless you do not
show up. When making your reservation, you will need to give the name of your hotel.
Your SWEETours driver will pick you up at your hotel and will swipe your Explorer
Pass at that time. The Grand Canyon tour requires a $35.00 per person upgrade
fee. When presenting your Explorer Pass to your SWEETours driver, you will need to
pay the upgrade fee at that time. This fee can be paid in cash or credit card.
How do I reserve a space on the Haunted Vegas or Las Vegas Mob Tour?
Space on the included tours is on a first come, first served basis. Reservations are required and subject to availability. You can make a reservation for these tours by calling 866-218-4935 and mention your Explorer Pass. You must leave a credit card number to reserve your space, however, your card will not be charged unless you do not show up. Upon arrival at the Royal Resort, your guide will process your Explorer Pass. Departure Point is from the Royal Resort, 99 Convention Center Drive, Las Vegas.
