All V Theater shows include dinner. Dinner will not be served in the showroom. It will be served before or after the show in one of these dining establishments below of your choice.

Please arrive 1 1/2 hours early if dining before the show. Be aware of hours of operation if dining after the show. Item subject to change without notice. Drinks and gratuity not included.

Blondies Sports Bar & Grill:
American Cuisine: Dinner 4:00 pm–10:00 pm
Meal includes any one entree from the regular menu.

The energetic and attractive waitstaff at Blondies Sports Bar & Grill serves up a menu that includes a full breakfast and a traditional bar menu of starters, entr´es, sandwiches, salads, pizzas and desserts. Major sports games are displayed on 35 plasma and big screen televisions throughout the comfortably appointed restaurant, or the games can be enjoyed on a patio overlooking the mall. For private parties, Blondies' VIP Room includes five plasma televisions, a DVD/VCR player, a Playstation, surround sound and personal waitstaff.

La Salsa Cantina:

Menu Choices: Chili Lime Salad, Chicken or Steak Fajitas, Burrito Ranchero, Dos Tacos, or Cheese Enchiladas.

La Salsa Cantina offers fresh versions of traditional Mexican fare and a full bar featuring 40 premium tequilas, specialty rum drinks, wine and a full compliment of Mexican beers. In homage to its signature ""Margarita by the Yard", an actual yard-long flask filled with the award-winning libation, the exterior design of La Salsa Cantina features a 25-foot-tall illuminated Margarita flask complete with salted rim and a four-foot lime wedge. La Salsa Cantina offers diners sizzling platters of fajitas, several versions of their well-known burrito, salads and delicious specialty entrees. This cantina of the old Mexican West welcomes you with adobe walls decorated with wrought-iron, serapes, cactus, piñatas, sombreros and more. The laid-back but lively atmosphere of this desert watering hole rewards visitors from all over the world with fresh Mexican food and festive libations.

Lombardi's Romagna Mia :

Meal includes focaccia bread, salad and one entree from the exclusive menu
Menu Choices: Salads (Insalata Caesar or Insalata Mista);
Entrees (Lasagna Bolognese, Rigatoni Pomodoro, Chicken Marsala, Grilled Salmon or Blackened Tilapia)

Lombardi's combines the warmth and charm of a European Cafe with the casual character of an Italian Trattoria. Entering the restaurant the feeling is old world with authentic Italian furniture and fixtures. The open kitchen and the wood-burning oven where signature pizzas are created daily surround Lombardi's dining room. The patio at Lombardi's spills into the cobble stone street of the center allowing the perfect view.

Trader Vic's:

With an upscale restaurant, second-level ultralounge and outdoor party patio overlooking the famed-Las Vegas Strip, Trader Vic's Las Vegas is a 15,000 sq. ft. dining and entertainment venue that will appeal to all. Inspired by Trader Vic's famed tropical island motif, Trader Vic's Las Vegas features contemporary design with backlit inlaid bamboo walls, zebra wood fixtures and a sweeping shingled roof. Forty-foot tall wooden tikis preside over the dining room, and the amplified sounds of progressive house and electronic lounge music emanate from two separate DJ booths. Diners can enjoy a wide variety of Asian/Polynesian inspired dishes such as Hawaiian poke with ahi and hamachi served with taro chips, traditional bongo bongo soup, BBQ Kobe short ribs with nashi pear salad and soy sake glazed Hawaiian ono with green papaya salad.
