You can buy a Miami Explorer Pass directly here on our website.
Affordable standard shipping takes up to 10 days from our Boston, MA operations
center, so make sure you order in advance for your trip. Express shipping is
available for a small additional cost.
How often do the Island Queen cruises run?
Cruises usually run on the hour every hour but times may vary. Please be at
the ticket booth 30 minutes before your desired cruise. Please remember, you
have a choice of either the Island Queen Millionaire’s Row Cruise or
the Bayside Blaster. If you choose to do both, this will be considered
2 of your three choices.
Do I need a reservation for the Miami Duck Tours?
Reservations are not required, but tours do fill up quickly. Street parking
and pay lots are available in the vicinity. Tours are usually on the hour but
times may vary.
Is the Explorer Pass valid for special exhibits at the Miami Museum of Science?
Admission to any special exhibits is NOT included with the Explorer Pass. Additional
admission upgrade must be paid at the Museum.
Do you have any Spanish translated materials?
We have a Spanish Insert that provides information in Spanish on; How to
use your Miami Explorer Pass and the List of Free Entry Attractions plus
Special Offers. We do list, in Spanish, the page number of where you can
find the operating information but the following information is not translated:
hours of operation, address, telephone, web and directions to the attraction.
Do I need a car to get around?
Most of the attractions are available by local bus but the easiest and most
convenient way to explore this diverse city is by car. For help planning
a trip using public transportation, visit go.miamidade.gov or call
